Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Focuses on integrating applications in Linux-based environments
• Works with NIWC stakeholders, development and support teams to ensure the platforms are integrated, available, up-to-date, and provide support for comprehensive (both automated and manual) software testing, and supporting Agile best practices.
• Provisions Linux servers in both physical and virtual environments
• Integrates a variety of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), government off-the-shelf (GOTS), and open source applications within Linux environments
• Installs, executes and troubleshoots containerized applications
• Troubleshoots quickly and efficiently in Linux-based environments
• Researches and recommends innovative and, where possible, automated approaches for system administration and integration tasks Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance
• Minimum of three+ (3+) years of Linux administration experience
• Experience with Software-Defined Radios (SDR) and Signals of Interest (SOI)
• Experience with virtualization technologies, VMware vSphere or Red Hat Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM)
• Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages
• Up to 25% travel may be required
• Must currently hold a DoD 8570-compliant IAT II certification (SSCP or Security+ CE with appropriate CE/OS certificate) or be able to obtain within six monthsDESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with working in an Agile methodology environment
• Experience Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
• Experience with DevOps tools (GitLab, BitBucket, Jenkins, Docker, Puppet, Ansible, Artifactory) or similarSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S
