- Responsible for advising and performing work in any phase of budget administration when such work requires knowledge and skill in applying budget-related laws.
- Analyzes the budgetary impact of new or revised legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Develops budget processes, procedures and guidance for executing financial management plans and programs.
- Coordinate and reacts to resources/funding/programmatic changes.
- Determines the propriety and cost effectiveness of funding requests.
- Participates in the monitoring of year-end closing to ensure proper and full use of provided funds, with no anti-deficiency violation.
