Job Summary
The Patient Access Clerk is responsible for performing diversified receptionist duties coordinates all phases of patient visits and assures proper documentation of records in an effort to achieve the goal of providing optimal care.Collects all demographic/financial information from the patient or insured for registration. This position involves direct patient contact and requires the ability to interact with the public in a positive manner thus enhancing the hospital image.
