    *About the Role*

    Obesity Medicine & Metabolic Wellness Center is seeking a *Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD, PMHNP)* to join our growing, insurance-based practice. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration at our Midland, Saginaw and West Branch locations (1–2 times per month).

    This role begins *part-time with a clear pathway to full-time* as patient demand continues to grow.

    We are looking for a clinician passionate about helping patients improve their relationship with food, body image, and long-term behavioral health as part of a comprehensive obesity medicine program.

    *Patient Focus*

    You will support individuals experiencing:

    * Binge eating behaviors
    * Emotional eating and food-related impulsivity, Food Noise
    * Anxiety, depression, and stress-related eating
    * Body image distress and weight-related shame
    * Long-term behavior and identity change

    *Responsibilities*

    * Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
    * Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, etc.)
    * Collaborate with obesity medicine providers in an integrated care model
    * Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
    * Participate in occasional in-person team meetings (Midland/Saginaw)

    *Qualifications*

    *Required*

    * Active, unrestricted *Michigan license* as LMSW, LPC & PMHNP
    * Experience treating behavioral health conditions such as anxiety, depression, emotional eating, or related concerns
    * Ability to work independently in a remote environment
    * Strong clinical documentation skills

    *Preferred*

    * Experience working in medical or integrated care settings
    * Experience with eating disorders or weight-related behavioral health
    * Familiarity with insurance-based documentation and billing processes
