    The marketing data analyst is a dedicated resource for the marketing communications division. The analyst will assist the marketing communications team with key strategic decision making by supporting the design of key performance indicators and experiments, analyzing data, and synthesizing actionable insights through functional reporting and dashboards. This role will have responsibility for handling various data sets, interacting with other data and analyst teams across the system, and establishing and supporting a measurement and testing mindset across the division. They will support marketing communications team members in identifying testing parameters, collecting data, and analyzing campaigns. This role will also have broader measurement responsibilities for tracking overall performance of the division by analyzing progress toward KPIs, percentage of time spent on types of work, and overall goal of driving business outcomes.

    The qualified marketing data analyst candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, business, or equivalent.

    Experience
    • Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience
    • Prior specific functional responsibilities: 4+ years of experience in business intelligence/data analytics/statistics is required
    • Other experience requirements: Expertise in data visualization, data management, analytics, and data modeling. Expertise in test measurement design and analysis (e.g., A/B, multivariate)
