Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting is seeking a dedicated, driven, and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Manager at one of our DFW Locations

Responsibilities:

• Oversees hiring, training, developing, transferring, managing compensation, and staff discipline
• Manages financial controls, operations, employee growth, and customer satisfaction
• Maintains inventory and utilizes financial analysis for decision-making
• Actively generates and captures sales opportunities
• Analyzes damaged vehicles to create repair plans and cost estimations
• Reviews repair orders with technicians when necessary

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in profit and loss management for driving profitability
• Ability to prioritize tasks, organize work effectively, and meet deadlines
• Proven track record in sales, operations, and leadership
• Strong motivation for performance-based remuneration
• Experience with CCCOne or similar estimating software is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years in production management or sales leadership

Compensation includes salary plus quarterly bonuses based on performance and sales.
