    Role Description

    Form Energy is hiring a Project Lead Superintendent to drive near-term planning & execution on the ground for our Weirton manufacturing facility. This role reports into our Senior Staff Engineering Project Manager. As part of our Form Factory team, you will be a liaison between Factory Engineering, Quality & Construction teams to drive projects to a timely completion.     This role will be onsite in Weirton, WV and relocation assistance is available.

    What you'll do:

    • Track contractor production and employee count; owning daily & weekly report roll ups.
    • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of vendors and contractors.
    • Coordinate multidisciplinary, technical field issues with contractors.
    • Integrate field activities and ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and construction quality.
    • Review, understand, and implement construction document drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Effectively and proactively communicate project needs, changes, and status to internal and external team members.
    • Assist internal quality team with creating field packages and subsequent test packages; ultimately driving projects through completion and turnover.
    • Support construction with change management, takeoffs, and progress reporting.
    • Provide construction and engineering teams with design interpretation and preferred constructability means & methods.
    • Identify opportunities for detail/design/constructability improvements and report back to the construction management teams.
    • Track progress via quantities and measuring KPIs and Installation Unit Rates.
    • Liaison between Factory Engineering, Quality, and Self Perform Construction to drive projects to timely completion.
    What you'll bring:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (3-5+ years minimum in a similar role)
    • General commercial construction and/or manufacturing construction background preferred.
    • Semiconductor, Battery, EV experience preferred
    • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of software applications
    • Highly organized and able to prioritize with a bias for action
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills
    • Positive attitude
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last-minute changes with a team player mindset
    • Detail Oriented
    • Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions
    • Ability to work in the field % of the time
    • Background and experience with major EPC or large capital construction projects is preferred
    • Experience with reading and/or developing construction schedules (Primavera P6 or similar) is preferred
