Job summary
We're looking for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage who will oversee daily operations and performance of food and beverage outlets within our hotel. You'll work alongside the Director of Food and Beverage to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate policies and procedures, while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
