Corporate (M&A) Attorney - PT Remote Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate attorney with deep M&A background for an engagement role with a law firm specializing in assisting clients on corporate transactions and M&A activities. This firm welcomes high quality remote candidates. If you have prior Big Law recent experience, you are a top candidate for this position. This is an immediate need. Requirements for the M&A Attorney:
- 3+ years of law firm experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed and in good standing in state of residence

Compensation Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 or more.
