Job summary
The Case Coordinator / Receptionist is responsible for front desk operations and the coordination of onsite conference rooms used for arbitration hearings and mediations.This role provides administrative and logistical support to ensure hearings run smoothly, while delivering a high level of customer service to all participants.
The position requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage both routine and moderately complex tasks with professionalism.

- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance (required)
