Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Are you passionate about providing top-notch IT support to plant employees and resources? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and ensure smooth operations of plant-related WINTEL & LINUX client devices and servers. As an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Gathering client and problem information efficiently.
Resolving technical issues or escalating them promptly when necessary.
Supporting a range of devices including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Network Equipment, and RF devices.
Utilizing technical skills and resources to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues effectively.
Assisting in documentation creation and maintenance.

If you have experience in supporting Outlook, Windows, Word, Excel, and other desktop applications, and hold certifications such as Microsoft and CompTIA, we want to hear from you. Join us in maintaining optimal uptime and ensuring seamless IT operations within our organization.
