    The Pines at Poughkeepsie, our beautiful 4-star CMS-rated 200-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Services . A member of the National Health Care Associates (NHCA) family of facilities, with a 60-bed Subacute and 40-bed Memory Care, the Pines maintains Preferred Provider status with multiple healthcare provider entities, as well as a great reputation, 300-employees (including many long-term), and a solid group of department heads. The Director of Nursing will focus on leading a strong administrative nursing team, and reducing rehospitalizations, with abundant resources at their disposal and the support of a very strong regional clinical team, MDS and more

    What You'll Do:

    As the Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, setting goals and objectives aligned with our mission.     The Director of Nursing Services has 24-hour accountability and is responsible for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care at the center, while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/resident and employee satisfaction.
