Reporting directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing projects for the plant
Controlling the budget, implementation of tooling
Improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
Leading teams to use Lean Manufacturing concepts
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
~6+ years of experience working in an industrial setting
~ Experience in a leadership or management role
