    Make a difference as a Warehouse Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team of Warehouse Associates handling various tasks including inventory management, receiving, shipping, and processing returned goods.     To excel as a Warehouse Supervisor at Riverside Logistics in Richmond, Virginia, candidates must possess essential skills and qualifications. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to those with college coursework. Candidates should have 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.

    Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Outlook is necessary, along with prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The role requires the ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds and follow both written and verbal instructions in English. Successful candidates will exhibit the capability to work independently with minimal supervision, showcasing their initiative and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

    Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

    • High school or equivalent education required
    • college course work preferred.
    • 1-3 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a warehouse operation.
