Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: Includes, but not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Collaborate with the Management to complete landscape projects in the most efficient manner while putting customer satisfaction first

Motivate crew members to achieve desired productivity and job performance

Operate equipment including, but not limited to, single axle dump trucks, loaders, skid steers, track loaders, excavators

Properly complete time reports and other required tablet work

Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns

Assists Management with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available

Train employees

Assist and lead crews on all aspects of jobs

Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record

Minimum 2 years of previous Landscaping leadership experience

Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment

Strong Organization skills

Willing to work extra hours when needed to complete jobs

Capable of physical labor

Adept at identifying and solving problems that may arise during landscaping projects.

Ability to make decisions under pressure.
