    Description

    Description:Fab Shop in Goshen, IN is searching for three Tool and Die Makers for both 1st and 2nd shift

    Shift Hours:
    (1 Opening) 1st shift: Monday through Thursday 5am – 3:30pm, Friday 5am – 1:30pm (this does vary depending on production)

    Pay:
    $30 to $38

    Job Duties:

    • Most of the responsibilities will be bench vs. reactive die work
    • Repair or remake tooling and dies for production (various presses: restrike, stamping, progressive, etc.)
    • Ability to use manual lathes and mills
    • Utilization of various grinders (hand grinder, surface grinder, and pencil grinding)
    • Operation of Wire EDM and CNC Trak Mills
    • Operating saws to cut own order bar stock
    • Interpretation of in-depth blueprint drawings
    • Determination of data from blueprints (i.e. hole sizes, tool sizes, reference points, and direction of machine cutting paths)
    • PM sharpening of various tooling
    • Change-over of dies for production
