At Flora Gems, we are dedicated to providing our customers with a personalized and memorable shopping experience. We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our vibrant team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.

Role and Responsibilities:

Help customers find the perfect piece of jewelry by providing product knowledge, suggesting complementary pieces, and upselling

Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up communication

Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and utilizing effective sales techniques

Conduct inventory management and ensure accurate product restocking and pricing

Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and luxurious shopping ambiance

Process transactions, including cash, credit, and finance options, accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with the design team to create exciting in-store events and promotions

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver a unique and informative shopping experience to customers

Qualifications:

4 years of sales experience in the luxury retail industry is preferred

Passion for gemstones and jewelry with basic understanding of gemology

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently

Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer skills

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required

Salary: $36.000 to $48,000 yearly
