    Job Description

    My reputable client that has been serving the cities of Arizona for 25 years has recently opened several Pediatric Ophthalmologist opportunities. This private practice offers clinical support that allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. My client strives to hire great people from top to bottom to ensure an efficient flow of daily operations, from the reception area to ophthalmic support staff.

    Benefits:
    • Competitive salary, supplemented with productivity bonus. Starting salary 250,000+
    • Productivity & Optical Bonus: As low as 1,000 a month and as high as 4,000 a month
    • Monday - Friday 7:45am to 5pm
    • No weekends.

    Responsibilities:
    • Full-time position
    • Create treatment plans and coordinate ocular health care during patient consultations.
    • Exhibit positive, responsible and professional leadership at all times, helping to create a great work environment for the clinic team.
    • Provide Practice Coordinator and Practice Manager with any support they may need in communicating requirements to the clinic team, including mentoring and training team members in order to ensure exceptional patient care.
    • Adhere to work schedule and devote as much additional time as needed to ensure fulfillment of duties and exceptional patient care.
    Qualifications:
    • Doctor of Medicine (MD)
    • Residency in Pediatrics
    • Licensed in the state of Arizona
    • Previous experience is preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon-to-be college graduates.
    • Applicants pending the completion of education or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
