    Description


    Reporting to the Head of Resolution & Recovery Planning (RRP), the Head of RRP Governance and Reporting is responsible for managing the core operations related to Citi's RRP program including governance, stakeholder management, issue remediation, and reporting.

    This individual will lead a team of experienced RRP professionals and partner closely with various senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts (SMEs) to achieve target state objectives and execute on business-as-usual (BAU) activities.

    ResponsibilitiesLead the Governance and Reporting function within the RRP teamCollaborate with various internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, Finance and Legal to gather necessary inputs for reportingIdentify, assess and manage risks related to resolution and recovery planningOversee the creation of status reports on key initiatives as well as risks and issues to ensure appropriate communication to leadership and other supporting governance forumsEnsure that all RRP related reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on timeOversee remediation tracking, inclusive of monitoring dashboardsGather, analyze, and compile RRP key performance indicators (KPIs) and escalate issues, as neededManage all RRP related governance forums, regulatory meeting preparations, and executive updates, including:Managing the production of materials for governance forums outlining key progress, updates, and issues of the RRP programKnowledge, Experience, and SkillsEducation: A bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics, law, or related fieldsExperience: 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, risk management, financial regulation, project management, or similar fields

    Leadership Skills:
    Ability to develop, motivate, and lead a team, effectively manage complex projects, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and provide direction with judgement and authority to enable effective engagement with senior stakeholders

    Written Communications:
    Excellent writing skills to ensure accurate and complete reportingUnderstanding of

    Regulatory Environment:
    Deep knowledge of financial regulations and requirements, particularly those relating to recovery and resolution planning

    Risk Management Skills:
    An understanding of the principles and applications of risk management.

    The ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across a broad spectrumCompliance Management:

    Knowledge and experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as experience representing large financial institutions (preferably G-SIBs) with regulatory bodies (e.g., OCC, FDIC, FRB, PRA, EBA, etc.)



    Technical Skills:
    Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g.

    , Tableau Dashboards), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Tools, and knowledge of other RRP and/or project management software and toolsAnalytical Skills:
    Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills

    Organizational Skills:
