Reporting to the Manager of Partner Content Strategy, this role will maintain the alignment of resources and activities critical to the curation of partner content on the Partner Success Center, supporting content effectiveness and a corporate culture of content governance rules and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
– assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
Project
Management – Identify key requirements and opportunities to improve end-user experience, operational efficiency, and site optimization.
Analysis
– Work with content owners and creators to configure their content for optimal usability by Partners.
Track
– utilize project management software to plan, schedule, and track work to ensure project milestones are being met for various initiatives.
User Training
– Provide training for content creators of the system and ongoing support.
Readouts
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of Program/Project experience, preferably in a software company.
Experienced in collaborating with subject matter experts and business leaders to execute and deliver against organizational objectives.
Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and Digital Asset Manager taxonomy and internal tools to help develop integrated and automated processes and create personalized experiences for our partner ecosystem.
Possesses diplomacy, integrity, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within a large organization.
Outstanding communication skills to interact with Stakeholders providing technical guidance on components usage, assets, templates, page creation, and web internal taxonomy while
coordinating/aligning
with internal cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of project processes /systems to estimate lead times required for project delivery.
Bachelor's degree required.
