BETWEEN 8 AM - 1 PM

We are looking for a responsible, mature customer service representative to answer calls, provide professional service, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and happy to assist customers with their dry-cleaning needs. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.

Full-time or Part-time Optional hours. The full-time hours are 12 pm to 6 pm Monday - Friday and every third Saturday 9 am - 2 pm. We are closed for all major Holidays with pay after 90 days, vacation after 1 year employment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
Answer and manage incoming calls.
Excellent customer care and focus; for a positive customer experience
Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.
Aim for customer resolution and retention.

Requirements and Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Basic computer skills and experience with updating customer profiles/accounts.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and write basic information simultaneously
Customer-focused for positive customer experience
