- You will take the lead on Employee Relations matters, partnering with Senior Leaders, HR Business Partners and Legal Council to guide resolutions to conflict, investigate complaints and make recommendations for long term win-win solutions.
- Consult and coach managers on performance management best practices.
- Provide training on employee relations and provide change management support to management and HRBPs.
- Work to create a harmonious and cooperative working environment that benefits both employees and the organization as a whole.
- Coordinate with benefits providers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits.
- Formal education in Human Resources, Employee Relations or related field or qualified by experience.
- Knowledge or local state and federal employment laws.
- 3-4 years experience in a Manufacturing Environment would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of employee benefit programs.
- SHRM Certified Professional preferred.
- Exceptional communication with strong connection and relationship skills.
- Ability to write and document issues with clarity and precision.
- Action orientated and responsive mindset.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
