The Commercial Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting post-award processes for commercial projects. Accuracy and accountability are paramount.Responsibilities
- Contract Management & Intake
- Receive and organize incoming contracts post-award.
- (Identify disseminate special contract requirements to relevant departments e.g. Safety HR Accounting Certified Payroll) (Perform detailed data entry in SAGE 300 to establish job cost codes prior project commencement)(Ensure field accounting teams have accurate job codes proper cost allocation reporting)
