- Supporting associates in the performance of daily activities.

- Managing and maintaining wireless/landline phone system and accounts and tracking communication contracts to fulfill company needs.

- Safeguarding the company's liability by establishing and enforcing work standards and uniform business practices for associates and outside contractors.
