Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our lawn care customers. The Office Manager answers phones, text messages and e-mails. They speak with current and potential customers addressing issues, maintaining and updating customer information, processing paperwork while keeping receivables current in our paperless work environment. We are looking for a motivated, pleasant and decision-oriented person ready to help us in our continued epic growth.

The ideal candidate for this position is friendly with a strong work ethic that can handle working from home as well as in office. This role requires good working knowledge of some Microsoft programs as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Training will be provided on our software. Actual work experience as an office manager is desirable but not required.

The following is a representative list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

• Handle inbound phone calls from current and potential customers.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on messages.
• Maintains customer data records.
• Supervise one or more associates.
• Communicate issues and potential solutions with owner.
