    Role Description
    Firmo is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager with Ground-Up Commercial Construction experience to join our team As a Commercial PM based


    in Atlanta, GA, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.

    This is an on-site full-time role in which you will oversee the project timeline, budget, and quality control while coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure project success.

    Demonstrate experience managing ground-up hospitality commercial projects
    Be proficient with construction management software
    Value integrity, professionalism, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

    Responsibilities & Duties (include but are not limited to)
    Oversee and manage multiple projects (ground-up hotels, PIPs).
    Manage project budgets, schedules, and buyout.
    Prepare and issue project documentation, RFIs, POs, Scopes, etc.
    Maintain a thorough understanding of all construction project documents, plans.
    Negotiate contracts
    Review all subcontractor's draw requests and supplier invoices.
    Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
    Seek out opportunities, training or otherwise, to enhance skills.
    Mentor and guide direct reports to grow within.

    Qualifications
    Proven experience in overseeing multiple construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
    Experience in managing and overseeing subcontractors and vendor relationships.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.

    OSHA30 & CPR (or take class upon hire).
    Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a PLUS.
    Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
    Solid professional references.
