We have an immediate need for a Front Desk Associate, for one of our business partners here in Albuquerque. As the first point of contact for this client, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to their valued customers.

Job Description For Front Desk Associate:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, and inquiries from customers
• Provide accurate information about their services, pricing, and availability to potential customers
• Schedule appointments and consultations for customers with our remodeling experts
• Actively listen to customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and inquiries using CRM system
• Utilize computer systems and software applications effectively to manage customer data

Qualifications For Front Desk Associate:

• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Schedule For Front Desk Associate:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Compensation For Front Desk Associate:

$15.00-$17.00 Hourly (DOE)
