    As a maintenance technician with McCullough Development Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the overall appearance, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial properties. This role involves performing various tasks such as completing maintenance work orders in a timely manner,
    

    • Operating different machinery equipment tools including saws router drills sanders planers drill presses hand tools.
    


    This includes identifying minor carpentry needs replacing doors repairing drywall holes hanging blinds replacing ceiling tile spot painting fully painting apartments cleaning laundry dryer vents replacing old caulking grout fixing window door screens filling nail holes staining woodwork installing deadbolts replacement doorknobs
