We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our sales department. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication, proper documentation, and accurate processing of deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
  • Distribute incoming sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives
  • Enter all sales leads inside our CRM system
  • Send customer contracts and documents via DocuSign
  • Process temporary tags
  • Handle Florida hard tags for in-state deals
  • Assist with annual renewal of dealer license and sales tax certificates
  • Maintain organized deal files and documentation
  • Support management and sales staff as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
  • Experience with DocuSign (preferred)
  • Automotive or dealership experience is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
