We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our sales department. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication, proper documentation, and accurate processing of deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Distribute incoming sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives
- Enter all sales leads inside our CRM system
- Send customer contracts and documents via DocuSign
- Process temporary tags
- Handle Florida hard tags for in-state deals
- Assist with annual renewal of dealer license and sales tax certificates
- Maintain organized deal files and documentation
- Support management and sales staff as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Experience with DocuSign (preferred)
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
