Job summary

You will follow care plans to provide safe and competent care, assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation, help with mobility, and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
Additionally, you will monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
