    Are you an enthusiastic HR professional seeking to apply your background and expertise to help companies achieve success as they grow? Burkland's People Partner position is an excellent opportunity for HR/People Operations professionals interested in consulting.

    You will be responsible for creating a strong People Operations framework to sustain rapidly scaling organizations while strengthening the startup's core values and cultural identity.

    You will lead and coordinate the implementation of systems and programs that are needed when building a People Organization from the ground up.

    You will have the opportunity to work on strategic programs like designing talent branding, talent acquisition, building culture, DEI/DEIB programming, evaluating and identifying total rewards packages, and working through employee relations issues.

    You will advise leaders on organizational development, training development, resource planning, policy, and risk management.

    You will act as a partner to the CEO and other members of the client's team providing insight, innovative ideas, and data-driven solutions on critical HR issues including People, Talent, Culture, and Internal Communication.

    You may draft, publish, and present policies, procedures, and best practices that amplify the client's mission, vision, goals, and culture.

    Design competitive, fair, and equitable compensation structures and benefits to support the client's compensation philosophy while attracting and retaining great people.

    ~ Ability to self-organize and manage projects.

    Driven and resourceful, with a keen interest in advanced analysis, and research, and comfort in presenting in front of Executive Leadership, Boards, and contributors at all levels.

    Dexterity to juggle multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in an organized and timely fashion.
    Merger/ Acquisition or IPO experience is a plus.
    Flexible work schedule to promote a healthy work-life balance.

    The base pay range target for the role described in this job description is $65k - $91k.

    Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data.

    In addition, full-time regular positions are eligible for, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time.
