    Job Description
    • Conduct structural simulation and analysis on Cab Engineering components, including BIW, Vehicle Front, Living and Driving areas, and exterior Aerodynamic assemblies.
    • Define durability loads and boundary conditions, as well as execute advanced structural simulations such as fatigue calculations, bolt, weld, sealant, and adhesive calculations.
    • Perform modal targets for durability calculations.
    • Verify test data and conduct signal processing.
    • Mesh components with required quality.
    • Evaluate designs in collaboration with Mechanical component owners, considering materials and manufacturing methods.
    • Proactively engage with global CAE groups to share knowledge and contribute to method development.
    • Generate technical reports, providing FEA study results for technical requirements, knowledge management systems, methods guidelines, and technical solutions.
    • Stay updated on new methods related to calculation models, algorithms, simulation, and calculation software.
    • Establish correlation activities to verify FEA models.
    • Understand 3D simulation and the use of Complete Vehicle Modelling (CVM).
    Qualifications
    • Minimum of Masters in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Minimum 5+ years within the automotive industry for an OEM or a supplier.
    • Experience in fatigue, vibration, and structural analysis preferred.
    • Strong theoretical knowledge of strength in materials, advanced solid mechanics, and finite element analysis.
    • Knowledge of vehicle architecture, truck systems, and product development.
    • Materials knowledge with experience in testing material strength and fatigue properties.
    • Software skills: ANSA, Nastran, Ansys/Abaqus, LS Dyna, Ncode.
    • Preferable skills: Python coding, MATLAB, AI/ML knowledge.
    • Demonstrated commitment to delivering on time with strict adherence to quality.
    • Independent, proactive, continuously striving to improve.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
