Job DescriptionProvides quality and comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our patients to assure safe and effective drug therapy. Requires independent decision making, clinical judgment, and in-depth knowledge of current pharmacotherapy literature.
Clinical Pharmacy Specialist work directly with physicians, other health care professionals and patients to ensure that prescribed medications for patients contribute to the best possible health outcomes.
Individual professional goals established annually by Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in agreement with Clinical Pharmacy Manager and will be reviewed and included as a part of the evaluation process.
