    Description

    Somos una clinica de terapia para nios y estamos buscando un persona para limpieza. Ofrecemos beneficios medico, dental, vision y otro beneficios.

    Responsabilidades:

    •Limpiar los pisos barriendo, trapeando, o pasando la aspiradora

    •Desinfectar mesones, mesas, y sillas

    •Recolectar y vaciar la basura durante el dia

    •Arreglar, limpiar y reaprovisionar los baos

    •Limpiar, desinfectar y pulir muebles y accesorios

    •Limpiar, desinfectar y organizer los jugetes de nios

    •Limpiar ventanas, particiones de vidrio y espejos

    •Limpiar el polvo de los muebles, paredes, maquinas y el equipo

    •Limpiar las alfombras con vapor o con champu cuando necessario

    •Monitorizar la seguridad del edificio - cerrando las puertas despues de horas de cerrar y verificar que los apartos electricos estan desconectados

    •Mover muebles, equipo y suministros pesados

    •Limpiar las pasarelas de afuera y en frente del edificio

    •Notificar su supervisor cuando se nececita reparaciones y mantenimiento al edificio

    •Limpiar la nieve y utilizer sal para derretir el hielo de las pasarelas, y caminos de entrada.

    •Notificar al supervisor se se necisita mas suministros de limpieza o equipo

    •Configuracion, arreglamiento, y quitar decoraciones de las mesas, sillas, escaleras, y los andamios para preparar el edificio para eventos como banquetes y juntas

    •Usar el atomizador de insecticidas y fumigantes para prevenir infestacion de insectos y roedores

    •Seguir todas las regulaciones de salud y seguridad

    Requerimientos:

    •Debe pasar la verificacion de antecedentes federales

    •Debe ser eligible para trabajr en los Estados Unidos sin patrocinio de visa

    •Experiencia laboral comprobada como janitor/custodian.

    •Disfrute trabajando en un ambiente de ritmo rapido y ocupado con nios presentes

    •Capacidad para manejar maquinaria pesada

    •Conocimiento de productos quimicos de limpieza y suministros.

    •Integridad y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.

    •Diploma de escuela secundaria

    Responsibilities

    • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
    • Sanitize all surfaces daily.
    • Gather and empty trash throughout day as needed.
    • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
    • Clean, disinfect and polish furniture and fixtures.
    • Clean, disinfect and organize children toys.
    • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
    • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
    • Steam-clean or shampoo carpets as needed.
    • Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
    • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
    • Clean outside walkway and store frontage daily.
    • Notify supervisor concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
    • Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snow shovels and spread snow melting chemicals.
    • Notify supervisor of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
    • Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.
    • Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation.
    • Follow all health and safety regulations
    Requirements
    • Must pass federal background check
    • Proven working experience as a custodian
    • Enjoy working in a busy, fast pace environment with children present
    • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
    • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
    • Integrity and ability to work independently
    • High school degree
