Primary Responsibilities
Provide high-quality outpatient pediatric care
Practice at the top of your license using evidence-based medicine
Manage patients with a range of acute and chronic conditions
Care for children with complex comorbidities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver individualized treatment
Requirements
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) or Physician Associate
Unrestricted Oregon license (must be in place before start date)
Active Oregon DEA license prior to start date
