Uline , is in search of a collaborative Regional Warehouse Safety Manager to join

Uline's

team in

Milwaukee, WI .

As the Safety Manager

,

you will be responsible for managing and executing Uline's safety program, policies, and procedures for four locations (Milwaukee, WI, Alburtis, PA, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and Coppell, TX).

You will report into the Senior Director of Redistribution and have 10 direct reports. In this role, you will drive improvements.


What you will do:
Manage and lead a team of Safety Coordinators to implement all safety initiatives.

Collaborate with branch management to establish safety goals.

Drive continuous safety improvements, audit work areas, review incident reports, and recommend enhancements.

Recommend new policies and procedures to reduce occupational health and safety risks.

Partner with Human Resources to manage workers' compensation claims.

Ensure the safety program meets legal requirements and Uline's high standards.

Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.


What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in safety management or similar field

3-5 years of experience developing, implementing, and/or managing a safety program in a warehouse or distribution environment.

OSHA experience on a state or federal level is preferred.

Workers' compensation experience is a plus.

Management experience.
