Sugaring NYC is actively looking for creative, energetic, and talented estheticians to perform high-quality, customized hair removal at our Spring Valley and Henderson locations. With Sugaring NYC you are joining a dynamic work environment with long-term growth potential and strong earning opportunities As a Sugarista, your primary responsibilities are to take exceptional care of your customers, have a positive and friendly demeanor, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate effectively with your team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients
• Analyze, consult, and perform high-quality hair removal in a professional and comfortable setting
• Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients
• Check-in and out clients with our POS system
• A willingness to learn, and perform all forms of body waxing, lash lift, and brow lamination services, custom spray tanning
• Teamwork motivated
• Maintain appropriate conversations before, during, and after the service
• Clean and restock your room according to company standards
• Knowledge of Hygiene and policy standards
• Communicate with receptionists in regards to clients, stock, and services
• Follow the policy standards for dropping or picking up your shifts as advised by the handbook and management.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Valid Esthetician/Cosmetologist/Waxing license. Sugaring experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Must be physically capable of working on your feet for 8+ hours a day and have full mobility of hands and arms.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Weekly Pay
• 10%-15% Service Revenue Commission, plus hourly pay while in service.
