As a Data Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of our critical infrastructure.
You will work directly with the Operations Director, overseeing all routine and preventive maintenance activities, establishing and training a team of technicians, and leveraging your expertise to ensure our equipment operates at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Operations in managing all aspects of operations, including personnel, equipment, and infrastructure
·
Compile daily operational reports for different mining sites to track their daily operational status.
·
Maintain communication with hosted clients and promptly address their daily needs
·
Mentor, train, and develop technicians and specialists so that they can support daily operations with minimal supervision
·
Effectively identify and resolve time sensitive issues under pressure
·
Create, manage, and execute on preventative maintenance plans for data center equipment
·
Promote safety, security and compliance in all aspects of data center operations
·
Manage and facilitate the procurement and inventory control of all data center assets and equipment
·
Manage various sites throughout Texas
·
And other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
·
5+ years of supervisory experience in a critical infrastructure environment
·
Background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred
·
Strong leadership qualities and hands on technical experience
·
Understanding of office programs and computer hardware
·
Experience with commercial mechanical and electrical systems
·
Experience with IT related infrastructure maintenance is desired, but can be acquired
·
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
·
Ability to work with minimal supervision
·
Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask
·
Must pass a DMV check
·
Mandarin preferred
