The Division Manager is responsible for supervising multiple landscape projects by managing numerous supervisors/superintendents and for acting as a intermediary between the field operations and management by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:

• Understands and reviews equipment needs daily, monthly, and quarterly contingent on projections.
• Administers, schedules, and utilizes equipment efficiently to reduce unwarranted rental costs.
• Analyzes rental costs and repair expenditures by each piece of equipment to support sound buying decisions.
• Controls the overtime and prepares required monthly reports and provides current monthly revenue projections.
• Ensures that supervisors are scheduling daily and weekly so that the direct labor expenses are in direct relationship to revenue.
• Supports supervisors to enable them to achieve top performance and that of their foremen and laborers.
• Attends pre-job meetings to ensure full understanding of the project scope.
• Support Safety Managers' comprehensive safety program, including such items as weekly tailgates, accident reporting system, client compliance programs, etc.
• Able to resolve complicated and sometimes emotionally charged issues with clients and employees utilizing creative solutions and focused objectives.

Skills & Experience Necessary:

• Five (5) to six (6) years of related experience and or/training
• Ability to read and interpret various constructions documents, blueprints, etc.
• Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus, not but required
• Proven computer literacy and proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
• Must have a valid Nevada Driver's License
