- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RANGATAHI (15–17) FROM COMPLEX BACKGROUNDS
- SUPPORTING RANGATAHI TO SET GOALS AND CREATE PATHWAYS INTO EMPLOYMENT TRAINING OR EDUCATION
- COLD-CALLING VISITING WORKSITES AND CREATING OPPORTUNITIES WHERE OTHERS DON'T
- SUPPORTING RANGATAHI INTO JOBS OR TRAINI-NG – AND WORKING WITH OUR TEAM TO STAY ALONGSIDE THEM AFTER PLACEMENT
