The ideal candidate will manage crucial accounting functions including general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and supporting the organization's mission to enhance customer experiences and team member growth.

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Two to four years of related experience
Proficiency in Oracle ERP, SQL, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred:
Experience in financial services or retail industries
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, capable of preparing detailed reports
Experience with data analysis and interpretation
