    About the Job:

    The Inside Sales position for ERS (Elite Roofing Supply) involves proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on selecting the right roofing products. Working closely with contractors and homeowners, Inside Sales representatives play a crucial role in driving sales by offering solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.

    Work Environment:

    The work environment for this role primarily consists of a warehouse setting, with a central focus on inside sales and the management of roofing products.

    Physical Demands:

    Inside Sales, representatives spend most of their time engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on roofing products. While working closely with contractors and homeowners, physical exertion is typically not required, making the position suitable for individuals who prefer desk-based or customer-facing roles. However, standing for extended periods is a requirement.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

    This position is full-time, with workdays scheduled from Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays. Work hours may vary.

    Travel:

    Travel is not required for this position.

    Required Education and Experience:

    Education: High school diploma/GED required.

    Experience: Experience in a client-focused and results-driven environment, demonstrating consistent success.
