Job Summary
Your Responsibilities: Conduct job evaluations; collaborate with HR on compensation actions including promotions, merit increases, bonuses;Serve as primary point of contact for complex benefits questions while managing administration of health benefit programs;
Ensure compliance by acting as subject matter expert on ERISA regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred;
- Minimum 5 years of compensation experience required.
