    Job Overview

    Experienced and dynamic Human Resources Officer to join our fast-growing team in the exciting field of Bitcoin ATM operations. As an HR Director in our company, you will be instrumental in shaping our company culture, managing HR policies, and ensuring the effective operation of all HR functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure we attract and retain top talent aligned with our company's values and goals.
    • Employee Relations and Evaluations: Serve as a primary contact for employee relations issues. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow and succeed.
    • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices. Regularly review and update policies as needed.
    • Training and Development: Organize and oversee training programs for employee development. Identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation, benefits, and retirement plans. Ensure our offerings are competitive and in line with our budget.
    • Legal Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations. Ensure the company's HR practices are compliant.
    • Culture and Ethics: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Promote company culture and ethics, ensuring they are reflected in our policies and daily operations.
    • Vacation and Leave Management: Manage vacation schedules and leave requests, ensuring adequate coverage and fair distribution.
    • Employee Records and Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Utilize HRIS systems for efficient data management.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency sector.
    • SHRM or HRCI certification.
