Job objectiveThere is an exciting opportunity within the IT Infrastructure team to fill the Network Engineer role.

We seek a highly skilled IT network engineer professional who can practically apply business and technical insights to building, supporting, and maintaining an extensive network refresh project.

The ideal candidate will have leadership skills and architecture. This position requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a deep understanding of network architecture, protocols, and services. It is a fast-paced, complex enterprise environment that allows someone to be challenged and work with outstanding people.

The role involves working closely with various teams to design, implement, and support robust network solutions aligning with our organizational goals.

Serves as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects, overseeing the work of others and being accountable for the outcome of client projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills- this role is heavily collaborativeRole and ResponsibilitiesConfiguration, installation, and management of multiple network security systems.

Automate the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure-related tasks and solutions.
Create and update documentation on new or existing platforms, including equipment lists/diagrams.

Coordinate installation, upgrades, and maintenance of network equipment, switching hardware, software, wireless access point, and wire networking infrastructure to align with the business's functional objectives.

Plan, oversee, develop, and implement network policies and procedures, ensuring network integrity during maintenance and modification projects for existing applications.

Evaluate new products, resolve network problems, and contribute to developing and documenting technical standards and interface applications.

Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor network issues in LAN and WAN networksPreferred SkillsWireless experienceDiagnosis skills of technical issuesSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
