- Define/refine product roadmap, product requirements, and customer value propositions for the Moloco CTVplatform
- Build and launch critical features and functionalities that deliver high performance and delightful user experiences to customers and their stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive rapid and high quality product development and impactful business outcomes
- Synthesize large amounts of internal and external data from multiple sources to derive product insights, informing product strategy and operations
- Communicate with prospects and customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and collaboration opportunities
- Troubleshoot day-to-day internal/external operational roadblocks
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. MBA degree is a plus
- 5-7 years of work experience with at least 2 years in Product Management
- Deep curiosity to identify, understand, and empathize customer pain-points and unmet needs
- Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
- Strong bias toward action
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Fast learner and self-initiative personality
- Comfortable with fast-paced environment

- Experience in the streaming video vertical (AVOD, FAST, CTV, etc.), ad-tech, enterprise software, cloud infrastructure industries.
- Expertise in technology areas such as machine learning, large-scale data processing, and programmatic interfaces / APIs.
- Demonstrated success in building B2B products, iterating based on customer feedback, and scaling them to global markets
- Experience working internationally and/or with companies that operate globally
