This role oversees all core human resources functions employee relations benefits administration payroll HR systems and performance management while also leading office operations to ensure efficient day-to-day organizational functioning


Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all HR operations including employee relations hiring onboarding benefits administration HRIS maintenance and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters including performance concerns conflict resolution investigations and policy interpretation.
