Education:
Bachelor's degree, in Accounting preferred

Licensure/Certification:
Valid driver's license
Valid auto insurance

Experience:
Must have 5+ years experience in:

Financial statement production and review
Management reporting
Financial analysis
Trend identification
Budget preparation


Preferred Skills:

Intermediate or higher proficiency in:
Microsoft Excel
Word
Outlook.


Abilities Required:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with management, co-workers, and external contacts.
Highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Duties:
Prepare and review monthly financial statements
Analyze financial data and report variances
Generate financial management reports
Complete required monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Respond to financial inquiries and provide analysis
Offer financial recommendations
Develop financial forecasts and budgets
Apply GAAP principles to financial statements
Perform additional assigned responsibilities.
