- Prospect, identify, and cultivate new residential and commercial leads for solar energy systems.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotes, ensuring accurate pricing and product information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the installation process and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government incentives, and solar technology advancements.
- Proven experience in direct-to-customer sales, preferably within the solar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, industry regulations, and financing options is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- No income cap on sales
- Make $2K-$10K+ per deal
- Top producers last year earned over $300K
