Job summary
The Wound Care Clinical Provider will be responsible for providing wound management for wounds while closely collaborating with the facility wound nurse and nursing team. Clinician will provide specialized care and management for patients with acute and chronic wounds.- Perform wound debridement, dressings, and other advanced wound care procedures.
- Utilize evidence-based protocols and guidelines for wound management.
- Maintain accurate patient records including assessments treatments outcomes.
